Thanks Julian, I did make a full copy of my SSD before upgrading so this is my back up plan. I am simply trying to get these games running on this new OS because a lot of people will be using it within the next few months and I think Microsoft need all the pertinent information to make a smooth transition.
They put my power button back on the lower left, so they are working hard on these builds and this is why we try and discuss options. As far as the new directX is concerned I am not certain, but the error coming out MSXML4 is missing seems to point at a weird issue. I even tried to install this.dll file directly in system32 and the error code is still present so something is preventing it to do its job.
A clean install is not doing it either so I guess the smarter people will have better luck than me.:) Take care. Your problem has been sent to me as a reply to the same problem! Don't worry - I waited so long for answer to the problem that I went elsewhere and found the solution. I changed to Windows 10 after buying a new HP PC on Windows 8.1.

My main interest is using Flight Simulators but none of them would work on Windows 10. I hold CFS2, CFS3,Fs2004 and FSX + Acceleration. Despite checking with Microsoft Compatibility none of my sims would work.
Looking a bit deeper into this I saw that many people on the internet had the same problem, so I decided that I would stay with Windows 10 and forget Flight Simulators!!! I then found that another company had the rights to FSX and sold a version called ' Microsoft Flight Simulator X: Steam Edition' (Contact Dovetail Games.) I bought it and it still gave problems!
However, I searched through STEAMS community and found the following: 'Update or reinstall the Display Adapter. Press Windows Key + X and select Device Manager. Search for Display Adapter and expand it. Click on Display Adapter and select update the driver/Uninstall. Install the latest driver from the manufacturers website.'
I used the above on 15.9.15 and everything worked including the following: FSX, FSX SteamEdition, and CFS3. Everything still works perfectly. Sorry about the length of reply. Keith Wilson.

Yap kali ini kita akan berkenalan dengan salah satu game simulator yang bernama Microsoft Flight Simulator X. Tidak hanya gamenya tapi saya juga menyertakan MOD ADDONS INDONESIA. Supaya game lebih berasa ala Indonesia.
Microsoft Flight Simulator ini adalah Game ber'Genre Flight Simulation dimana anda disini dituntut untuk menerbangkan berbagai macam pesawat. Dengan adanya game ini kita dapat mempelajari dan mengetahui teknologi mulai dari fungsi tools yang ada di pesawat hingga cara cara menggunakannya sampai kita dapat mengendarai pesawat dengan baik seperti pilot-pilot di dunia nyata. Mulai dari take off, landing bahkan Flight Simulator ini dapat auto pilot. Auto pilot ialah sebuah teknologi pesawat agar dapat berkendara sendiri, teknologi tersebut ialah CDU ( Control Display Unit ) tetapi teknologi CDU hanya terdapat pada pesawat komersial besar seperti Boeing 737, Boeing 747 dan Airbus.

Karena ini game berat banget, lebih tinggi spesifikasinya dibandingkan game UKTS INDONESIA yang sudah pernah saya share. Jadi wajib baca spesifikasi yang dibutuhkan game ini ya!!! Supaya si komputer tidak ngelag dan tidak nangis saat jalanin game ini.
Ok langsung disimak spek kompi yang wajib ain dipenuhi!!!
